3. No but there was a 3 hour show recently on (I think) Discovery Channel.

A docudrama with a bit of a science review at the end. More drama than Oil Storm had -- essentially a fictional movie with docudrama-style interview segments laced in. It was actually very chilling, and I recommend it if you feel up for a good "day after" style scare.
