wow, this is interesting. anyone see Bill Maher? Ann Coulter hates Bush?
i found this post on a completely non-political bbs tonight, and i don't have time to watch Bill Maher because i've got to go see a friend's band, but take a peek at what it says:

"Anyone else catch Bill Maher tonight? There's no catch to what I wrote in the topic line. Ann Coulter, legendary minion of satan/fascist bitch/puppy raper has officially gone on record with the opinion that Bush is an incompetent boob and should be out of office as soon as possible. For her, the Catherine Miers appointment was the final straw. She still hates poor people -- in the same interview, she pulled a classic Coulterism with the line "I don't think poverty causes crime."

It just goes to show what I have been thinking for a long time -- W's candidacy for America's Worst President is an entirely non-partisan thing."

2. Ann Coulter is to the lawyers at the Federalist Society,
as Harriet Meiers is to George Bush.

11. Apparently so.
But it's hard for me to believe because she had the sloppiest footnotes in her book that I ever have seen.

If someone like Annthrax is distancing herself I'd say something's up big time.

13. So what we should be doing now...
Is stop talking about Bush... Every time you want to use the word Bush, use "The Republicans". As they try to distance themselves from him, we need to lash them to that turd until they're all covered in his stink...

15. They see he is being exposed so they must say he is NOT one of them
This way, as the ship of state continues to the bottom, they can claim it was because he wasn't pure enough. He wasn't a big enough theofascist.

Heard Coulter on Drudge say last Sunday that the ONLY reason Bush's approval ratings were low was because of gas prices. The ONLY reason.

No, they see the hard times of indictments and other horrors their cult has gotten the nation into coming to roost so they have to act like the child king just wasn't "pure" enough.

They really are a bunch of lowlifes.

17. Mr. KKKoulter on Meirs, Bush and Barney
Edited on Sat Oct-08-05 02:07 AM by bluedawg12

>I:freak: eagerly await the announcement of President Bush's real nominee to the Supreme Court. If the president meant Harriet Miers seriously, I have to assume Bush wants to go back to Crawford and let Dick Cheney run the country.

Unfortunately for Bush, he could nominate his Scottish terrier Barney, and some conservatives would rush to defend him, claiming to be in possession of secret information convincing them that the pooch is a true conservative and listing Barney's many virtues — loyalty, courage, never jumps on the furniture ... First, Bush has no right to say "Trust me." ...

However nice, helpful, prompt and tidy she is, Harriet Miers isn't qualified to play a Supreme Court justice on "The West Wing," let alone to be a real one. Both Republicans and Democrats should be alarmed that Bush seems to believe his power to appoint judges is absolute. This is what "advice and consent" means. <

Does she have an eating disorder or just look this way?

18. Coulter is angry that Bush
isn't right-wing enough. Andrew Sullivan appears to be coming over to our side. He took a shot at Coulter on Real Time as well as Bush.

Only now, when things are publicly turning against Bush and the repukes, does she suddenly come out with all this.

She turns like an ass-pen.

Andrew Sullivan totally went ballistic on Bush. It was rage, pure and simple.

21. I know, my head is spinning - what a show!
I was agreeing with Andrew Sullivan and thinking the world has turned inside-out.

He still fervently supports the War though.

While Ann was anti-Bush because of his Supreme Court appointee, she somehow managed to convey that Bill Bennett's recent racist remarks came from liberals. WTF?

Rushdie was awesome too, I thought.

Affleck was informed, and was a decent guest. (Biggest surprise.)

I thought it was a great show.
