Suggestion for Edwards to do better in California
I am not backing Edwards but I like him and I'd like to see him at least do better than Dean in this state.

He needs to come out to California. He should not let his experience at the 2002 California Democratic Convention deter him from going after this state. He has a great approach to civil rights and labor issues and he needs to emphasize these issues when he's here. His opposition to the detentions will help him also. His vote against the $87 billion will strongly resonate with California voters.

Both Dean and Edwards supported Yucca Mountain, something most Californians strongly oppose. Edwards needs to re-evalutate his position on that issue if he wants to do well here. Californians were strongly opposed to the war and USA-PATRIOT and he needs to be very aware of that when he is here.

1. People here like Arnold. I think Edwards should praise Arnold alot.
Edwards has bigger problems in his hands right now, namely SC and MO.

4. His Iowa alliance with Dennis is a real plus for him out here.

Dennis is really popular among the thinking Democrats. The Republicans and some of the Democrats out here don't think when they vote and it would be a plus to have a candidate with his looks and personality on the ticket. No thinking person would have voted for Arnold.
