Where have all the Clark supporters gone tonight ?
Edited on Tue Jan-27-04 10:54 PM by exclark4dean
There has been a mass exodus tonight. Very few of the Knoxville Gulch revelers are reveling now. The Dean supporters were out in force supporting their candidate after Dean's loss in Iowa. Why the difference ? A different type of support ? A different type of supporter ? Is the shine off the apple ?

6. I see lots of clark threads... check the next page as this forum
moves quickly...

But, I suspect you may not have really wanted an answer to your question, but just rubbing in your point? If that is the case, shame on you.

7. If Clark comes in third even if it is by a tiny margin
it will be a shot in the arm for them, just like Dean's solid second is a shot in the arm for us Dean supporters.

9. I'm here...
I think that Wesley Clark did very well considering the non-stop attack in the "liberal-media" this week...Hell, he beat out two better-known Senators...

12. You must be going to a different thread...
...they're out there. And quite frankly, Clark did what I thought would be impossible tonight: he beat expectations and pulled a third place finish against Edwards. This in the face of Drudge's declaration of an assured fourth place finish (I notice he pulled the NH numbers down) and Tucker Carlson's "DOA" comment. They try and try and try to knock him out of this race, and he ain't gone!

thread for Clark.

You know:
A different type of thread.

Feel free to stop and ask for directions the next time you're lost.

20. Well, I was over in the Clark supporter thread,
but you did catch my attention. I'm where I have been, supporting the General, but excited at the depth of our candidates, and that includes yours.

21. I followed the result on the Clark blog. Do you mind?

We were happy to not be beat by Edwards. We expected the favorite sons to do well there. But, being beat by Edwards would have been a knock out blow.

22. We were at a Clark Campaign Watch party
at a local bar. We had 60 - 70 Clark supporters there, including the group of Albanians who, of course, adore Clark. We had a great time, and we're thrilled that the NH voters thumbed their noses at the media snots who were declaring that Clark's campaign was dead as of yesterday morning!! We're ready to move on into next week!

But thanks for your deep concern! :hi:

a batter choice than exchanging this kind of witty repartees.
May you get back what you send out. In kind.

28. I was out partying for Clark until 2:00 AM
I don't feel a need to show up on DU on primary night when I can hang out with real people (many of them DU'ers). Just because we don't show up on primary night don't think that we are not here. . .we are out a having a good time. BTW I will not be on next Tuesday evening either.
