scapegoating the climate. And they should not - because it is wrong to scapegoat.

3. Not to mention the whole point of a scientist is to find out the truth.
Kinda hard to come up with a hypothesis to test if you cannot guess at an outcome.

Scientists aren't blaming the climate per se, but rather a lack of informed policies that have had a negative impact on the climate, ie Global Warming due to such things as *'s withdrawal from the Kyoto Protocol as one of his first brilliant, insightful moves.
