5. He is speaking of his experience
That is what he needs to do. Interesting that he did not congratulate Kerry.

He is giving a good speech so far.

7. What he did as governor
It has a lot of experience and he needs to highlight it. Just like all the other candidates.

19. *breathing deeply*
Stop that. When we were 21, well, when I get TO 21, we were promised a country of community, a country of friendship, a country of love - where has that gone? THAT was Howard's point. Obviously.

Later.

13. he seems to be
going somewhere good now ... we've lost our sense of community under George W. Bush.

Nice.

Tired of us being divided.

He needed to give a good speech to counteract the yaaaaaaaaah, and I think he's delivering pretty well.

And not reading off his paper, like others ...

Kerry's my candidate, but I gotta give props to Dean (and his enthusiastic workers!)

15. I'm impressed. He's making the best speech I've seen from him...
he's being gracious and upbeat. And I haven't been particularly wild about him...damn, I'm still undecided and the primary here is just a week away.

to be proud to be Democrats and standing up for the environment and not to be afraid to stand up to a popular president who takes us to war without cause ...

The power to change the country is in our hands ...
