they have clark at 13% and 30 delegates and edwards at 12% and 36 delegates??? how? anybody???

1. Thats not NH delegates
Neither Clark or Edwards will receive NH delegates, the numbers you are reading include Iowa and superdelegates.

Not the delegates from IA or NH, but individuals of influence, who get their own vote at the convention, who have pledged their support to a certain candidate.

Neither will get NH delegates, unless one of them truly makes heavy, heavy, heavy gains during the remaining hours of the evening.

Those are total delegates - superdelegate endorsements (here, 30 for Clark, 18 for Edwards) and delegates from Iowa (0 for Clark, 18 for Edwards).
