On Thursday, BEFORE Bush's speech, I think these fliers should be distributed EVERYWHERE...

2. You should make PDFs that people can download and make sure
they are the right size for printing and taking to Kinkos

4. Great work, Ian
I carry a stack of flyers in my vehicle. Whenever I see a parked freepermobile I place an appropriate one under the windshield wiper. Prefer the rear, as the driver may not see it and fellow motorists will.

Nominated.

7. Glad I'm not the only one doing that. I'll share my collection

Today I made fifty Hurricane Katrina fliers.

Let's just say it cost me a lot of money.

Color copies on one side, b/w on the other.

In the morning, I'll be putting them on windshields at a train station.

I wish I could have afforded more of them.

I'll have to re-work them into a smaller, b/w format.

Still, while 50 won't be enough to cover every car in the lot, I think it will have considerable impact on the people who do get one.

And it will probably have a "pass-along" value as well.

Here's my 2-page flier version

Front

Back

Economical 1-pager:

I don't know why it looks so bad on the screen.

If it doesn't work well on your computer, I can email it as a powerpoint presentation.

6. Did you all see how freaking lame his acceptance of responsibility was?
The man cannot provide an apology with any sincerity. He is a total ass.

8. I'll try an apology like that with my wife next time I'm in trouble...

10. It's even worse than pulling a Scotty McClellan on her...
"I wouldn't read anything into that other than what I already said. It would not be appropriate for me to comment on an ongoing family argument."
