FEMA can't handle food and water, but they CAN handle 25,000 body bags.
"Yer doin' a HECK of a job, Brownie"...

Olbermann just said that FEMA is shipping 25,000 body bags to the Katrina area.

It's easier to shove a body into a fucking ziplock bag than it is to feed it, clothe it, and provide it with shelter.

Aww, never mind that....LOOK! there's CAKE!
