They actually posted an article that said we could have saved lots of money and energy by going door to door in New Orleans and if people didn't want to evacuate, city officials would hand them a magic marker to write their ss number on their body.

Here is what one of them wrote:

Not arguing that FEMA could have been faster, but why didn't the LOCAL governments mobilize the buses faster? As far as I could tell, they just sat back and complained that they weren't getting enough federal aid fast enough!"
