Haley Barbour?? Have their ops been federalized? How 'bout Alabama?? How come we're only hearing this about LA???

NOLA was neglected for days and then the remaining citizens were considered enemy insurgents needing military control. Outrage doesn't even begin to describe my feelings about this. Sue

3. But Mississippi is also lacking in relief
services, as well. I'm wondering why all this state/federal conflict over Louisiana, but not with the other affected states.
