Didn't have the balls to come right out and do it, had to backdoor weasel stab her.

Basically said we need Rudy Giuliani to come in and take over because it's so bad in Louisiana. Said compared to Gov Barbour in Mississippi & Gov Riley in Alabama, command & control in Louisiana is much worse.

Right. Ask Cooper Anderson about just how good things are in Mississippi.
