4. CNN didn't apologize. They were just reporting that the gov't
complained about the media were being mean to them and sympathizing too much with the victims. But no apologies from CNN.

5. Aaron Brown almost laughed at the complaint
Said the first heartbeat is felt for the victims, then showed more horrible scenes.

There was no apology from him.

13. Jesus, how dare the media sympathize with those poor people who are,
thanks to the incredible incompetence of this administration, victims.

:sarcasm:

That Anderson Cooper (?)fellow really gave Sen Landrieu the blues for praising the " purported " heroes of the hour, and not answering question about the massive failure of government to do their job. It was clearly a bad moment for the " sometimes " Democratic Senator from La.
The White House is trying to spin this as an attempt by the media to hurt the efforts.

DISINFORMATION !!

12. NO APOLOGY FROM CNN!!! Aaron Brown & WH correspondent both
said that OBVIOUSLY the first concern is for the victims and "we'll worry about the politicians later". That is a direct quote and the sarcasm of both men was obvious.

16. Yup, I am corrected. They said bureaucrats, not politicians, giving the
whining weenies exactly the label they deserve.

20. Yep, it made the administration look whiny
and showed that they considered their reputations more important than the death of Americans by incompetance...

19. What exactly did the White House say?
I want to read whatever complaint they delivered to CNN. Their feelings are hurt when they should be more concerned about dealing with the disaster? These are the "strong" people the Freepers praise as leaders? Wimps, more like it.
