It connects the "destroy Iraq infrastructure conspiracy to give our buddies at Halliburton and Bechtel some work" theory, but in this case it wasn't our own military that was instructed to destroy the infrastructure, but it was gross negligence and underfunding that will make this all possible countryside.
What really sickened me during his overdue pathetic speech was the statement while he flew over the region
"I saw a lot of destructure of the infrastructure". Doesn't THAT particular statement really reflect whats truly on his mind? I think the lives of the people are far more important and should be on the forefront of his mind.
