3. So funny how the girl was just staring at her plate
with her head down, like she was saying a silent prayer that this guy would just go away!

6. "saying a silent prayer that this guy would just go away!"
aren't we all?! Honestly, the sound of his voice makes me want to slam my head against something really sharp. BTW, Jon Stewart is THE BEST at analyzing the news!

5. The whole show was hilarious!
I really enjoyed the Dean interview - brilliant. I thought Stewart's commentary on the length of the questions presented at the last debate was classic - an airhorn and a bell.

7. To Me It Was Also a Commentary on the Short Time Given to Candidates
to answer questions.

8. TDSWJS is the best humor on television.
Dean's "interview" was brilliant, the guest (I forgot his name!) was great, and the whole Indecision 2004 segment was hilarious.

I liked the bell and airhorn, the take on Diane Sawyer, and the jokes about Joe Lieberman's slogan.

"Looks like they're Joe-blowing you off."

I thought maybe they might say, "To which Wolf Blitzer responded, 'Joe Mama'."

Funny shit.

9. I haven't laughed that hard in years
I don't watch Daily Show very often, but had the good fortune of seeing it last night.

It was brilliant -- a perfect combination of illuminating insight and hilarious parody.

I loved it -- Dean wonking off about civil unions, while Jon Stewart fantasizes about whether he should call himself "John Stewart Dean" or Howard "Howard Dean Stewart" after the wedding. And "Are you angry now? How about now? What about right now?"

And Wesley Clark at the drive-through window, asking the lady "What are you doing tonight?" and Stewart woefully observing "Wesley had to earn THAT vote the hard way."
