1. How about the fact that he's most known as
"the guy who hates Dean"

His constant thrashing of Dean makes him look like a dying dog. I had a lot more respect for him in the first debates when he didn't touch Dean.

2. I voted for IWR

because I think it's his chief political problem... but cockiness, sense of entitlement, etc. seems like his major personal problem as a candidate

9.  I picked lack of coherent message
I like Kerry but he's running more against things then for them. I think he would make a good president, but I want to hear more positive, more hope from him.

Kerry supporters out there, do you see ANY possibility that Kerry would agree to VP for anyone?

10. The Kerry campaign's biggest problem is the candidate
The candidate with the best resume, self-destructed by failing to live up to the expectations of his own biography.

Rather that stand for civil liberties, Kerry voted for PATRIOT Act.

Rather than question the rush to war, Kerry voted for IWR.

Rather than challenge a psychopath in the White House, Kerry swam with the current.

The Kerry campaign's biggest problem is the candidate, John Kerry.

12. Very well and succinctly put.
In a few words you managed to sum up the failure of John Kerry.

11. Priorities
This one >> Candidate cockiness / overconfidence / sense of entitlement >> is the prime cause of the others.

I haven't decided yet what to do in the primary. When most of them talk about Dean all the time, it makes it very hard to focus on what they are all about. Like how do they function when they aren't going for someone's throat? Jumping someone's ass shouldn't be the main duty of a president, should it? Diplomacy, level headed assessment, leadership skills. I'm looking for evidence of these qualities.
