The GOP Madness must be stopped, Congress must pass a Law
making it a crime to be in cahoots with a PUB or be a member of the Republican Party.

The record shows they are anti progress and very often, infected with Ignorance.

Indeed, they lie cheat steal, they connive, plot, intimidate, armtwist, etc, to get more than their fair share.

They show signs of greed, arrogance, hate, divisiveness, and can hardly hide their contempt for others...including Libreals, Progressives, Indys, Greens, and minorities.

They think their God is better than all others....

They made peeps stand in line for 12 hours to vote. Most of the peeps were of color and were going to vote Kerry...but the voter suppression worked as thousands left their places in line to go home, "Fuck the system." The FGOP who plotted this and other activites to insure Bush got an edge in the votes...they know not what they do. They are criminals....they have fucked America with the piss poor Prez of theirs.

Come, we go hold some signs....GOP GO HOME

3. you can't pass laws against groups or individuals, only acts
Edited on Thu Jul-28-05 06:55 PM by wli
What you can use is things like RICO and anti-terrorism laws. In actuality, anti-terrorism laws and RICO are both broken (anti-terrorism in terms of the definition of "terrorism," which is effectively double jeapardy, and RICO in terms of unreasonable seizure where property can be "charged for crimes" and seized on such a basis).

The ethical way to go about it is just to legally mandate the dissolution of the organization, and charge the various individuals for their crimes.
