some interesting demographic information from Zogby's NH Poll
This is from the Daily Kos

As we know, they have a three-day rolling average of 31-28 Kerry over Dean, but now they are factoring in undecided leaners and on Sunday they have the race as 39-38 Kerry over Dean.

Among very strong supporters (sure to vote)they have it a dead-heat with 34.2% each for Dean and Kerry followed by 14% for Clark, and 8% each for Lieberman and Edwards.

Among Democratic voters only, Dean leads 33-31. Among Independents Kerry leads 31-22 over Dean.

Among those 65 and oer Kerry leads Dean 39-25 with Clark at 15%, Edwards at 13% and Lieberman at 8%

Among those 18-29 years of age, Dean leads with 38%, Clark and Edwards are tied for second with 13% and Kerry has 11%. Lieberman comes in at 8%.

2. Wouldn't it be great if tomorrow morning's Zogby shows Dean in the lead?

That way, when Kerry wins, he can claim another comeback.

3. he couldn't do that
since every other poll has Kerry leading by 10 points or more. If Dean makes it close and still loses he can still crow about his showing just like Bill Clinton did when he came in second in NH in '92 and also lost Iowa.

6. So which polls do you believe?
The four that show Kerry running away with it, or the two that show it as a close race?

5. Turnout Will Be the Key
Older voters will show up at the polls no matter what, and they favor Kerry.

Younger voters are the swing. If they show up en masse, it would be a boost to Dean.

8. The weather looks decent
Snow coming in Tuesday night and could be heavy on Wednesday -- but that wouldn't affect the voting. It doesn't look like weather will be a factor.

13. Whoa, we're talking weather forecasts and political polls...
in the same sentence with one dependent on the other. I have uncertainty bordering on anxiety! (not :))

I think we'll have to look out the window as well as to the results to figure out what happens tomorrow.
