Poll question: Bush's role in Plame leak
Edited on Wed Jul-27-05 10:24 PM by tuvor
I believe there are only two possibilities, and neither is very desirable in a leader.

1. Other. Not an active participant, but he knew.

2. I don't think Bush is ever 'in the loop'. I think policy gets hashed out
in the right wing think tanks and then * is given his marching orders - but made to think he is actually coming up with 'vital input' in the planning. They surround him with Kool-aid. We know the guy never reads anything on his own - except my pet goat. If you are surrounded by staffers unified on what 'the next step is' - and get info from no other experts or heads of intellectual disciplines - then you think as they think.

3. Third option -- he knew, which on this poll would have to qualify
as active by not stopping it, I suppose.

4. That's exactly where I was coming from.
Could have been better worded, I guess.

6. Bush gave the green light to Rove
because Bush is a petty little shithead.
