I wonder if Joe "Schmoe" Scarborough still doesn't "give a damn"

Remember right after the Iraq election, when Scarborough accused General Clark of "undermining the troops" and "providing aid and comfort to the enemy" by daring to say anything besides vapid cheering? And then he wouldn't let the General respond, and later made crude jokes about it with Rich Little?

Well, the General was saying that it's important for the Sunnis to buy into the election and the new government, and Joe Idiot said, "I don't give a damn what the Sunnis think!!"

Sure enough, now we keep hearing -- including on MSNBC just now -- that much of the so-called "uptick in violence" has to do with Sunnis not accepting the new government, not believing they'll be fairly represented or protected, etc.

How many have died or been maimed since the Iraq election, both soldiers and civilians? Does Joe "give a damn" about that? Or is he still waving the pom-poms?

I'll have to see some trusted sources come out and sign onto it. Until then, I'll reserve my opinion as to whether this is tribal conflict, or more insurgency.
