this whole affair, the affair would have been over by now. It has been two years since Novak's column. He could have easily written a report that said there was no crime committed and because it is in the Bush Justice Department, it may have been questioned somewhat but to no avail. He must have something to continue it this long.

Let's hope so.

There seem to be leaks of where he is heading and what GJ testimony has been heard in detail almost hourly. What's going on? Who/what lit the match?

to Newsweek naming Rove is what lit the match.

3. OK, I guess I knew that but didn't pay attention to the quantity, was

there a ton of notes? And where is the extra gas coming from? The reports of GJ testimony and the talk of indictment(s)? Is Fitzgerald getting the shadow of his case out to the public to see where/how rove & co reacts and to see if they show more of THEIR hand?
