So who cares how Mehlman and any other assorted Republican apologists tries to spin this, I think the opinion of the CIA is the only opinion that counts here. And it has been my understanding that it was the internal outrage within the CIA that caused Tenet and others to scream bloody murder until they could finally get a Justice Dept. investigation going on this.
