Resolved: Candidates should agree to a formal cease-fire...
... of two days a week, minimum, during which time they agree to do no public campaigning in order to catch up on their reading and research. I say this because I'm in the middle of Kevin Phillips's American Dynasty, and I'm thinking that I'd way the hell rather each Democratic candidate spend a day or two reading it than kissing every baby in New Hampshire and repeating their stump speech for the 50th time.

Yea? Nay?
