Video of Howard Dean on 'Hardball' (DEMbloggers)
For those that missed it or want to view it again I have posted the video of Chairman Dean's appearance on 'Hardball'.

Chris and Dean mainly focused on last night's speech and Iraq but Dean mentioned the Downing Street Memo. I may be wrong but this is the first time I have heard Dean talk about the Downing Street Memo.

1. This is good to hear...

I think people are starting to listen to Dean.

He said that BUsh made a mistake last night trying to tie together 9/11 and Iraq. Bush has squandered our military strength.

5. Makes sense...
I mean, think about it:

If Iraq wasn't full of terrorists before and IS full of terrorists now, isn't the president basically admitting that he has helped SPREAD terrorism to a new territory and caused the problem he said he went there to stop? What could be worse?

That should be the new meme: If Iraq is full of terrorists, then it is evidence of the president's complete failure in Iraq. There was no link to 9/11, so if it is now terrorist territory, that is the president's fault.

And what's more, it has the virtue of being true. Fancy that.

God, I love you, Howard Dean.

10. Nice interview. Thanks Dembloggers.
Thanks Dembloggers. Now I can enjoy the Daily Show at 11:00 and not wonder whether I should have tried to catch the Hardball rerun.

Dean was on the attack and on the high ground at the same time--not an easy thing to do.

One small criticism. Why did it cut out when he mentioned the Downing Street memo?

12. hmmm
the video doesn't seem to cut of when the DSM comes up. I'm sorry your having problems with the video but it wasn't intentional :) I'm glad Dean finally mentioned the DSM.

Is anyone else having the same problem? The DSM mention is around 8:49

13. Invest in Your Future. Buy Democracy Bonds!
Note that Dean announced the redesigned Democrats.org site. The target is a million Americans committed to a monthly contribution of $20 (or more if you can!).

I like the pitch: "Invest in Your Future. Buy Democracy Bonds!" Hope they add feedback on progress (akin to the bat).

I decided to go for it and send a big thumbs up on his appearance tonight!

Help spread the word: Take back control of the party with Democracy Bonds!

him in the same smear with Michael Moore and MoveOn.Org!

Dean's really getting under their rancid skin.
