A thought on our 'divided' country and hence 'close poll numbers".
One reason that polls show America divided - but very close, is that close poll numbers and therefore close election results make it harder for us to contest these elections.

If mid term elections show candidates very close, we will have a hard time proving that the elections were rigged - again. This is just one of their action items – to continue to state that America is divided and to create ‘news’ items that support division.

Insuring a fair election is the only non-violent means to get our country back. This MUST be our primary focus (qualified to mean – and including impeaching this evil administration and regain our democracy). And, somehow, we must always show evil this administration is.

Unfortunately, we fall into their trap. And that trap is that we are always following their agenda. We are force to react to what they present to us. For instance, the flag amendment. We have to divert our energies to debate these pricks on silly issues that will never occur. But, if we don’t debate them on these issues, we loose on these silly issues as well.

Our Dem troops (that’s us folks – the grass roots) are splintered and unorganized. We need to organize and better allocate our people and resources to not only react to their ‘right’ issues they present, but to start attacking them on their outrageous, evil, and criminal activities.

1. I trust you realize that this is going to get settled in the streets and
it has to happen before they get many of those "directed pain" weapons.

2. I'm not sure what it will take... We are being robbed blind....
Our Constitution is being destroyed. Our Liberties are being destroyed. Our country is being destroyed. Everything that once was correct is now being abolished.

How much can we take?

If 11/7/2006 has a majority of repubs in office - America end game begins.

6. They already have weapons to control the masses
Beam ray guns which emits low frequency sound cannons that vibrate inner ear(unbearabe pain) and makes you throw up. Pepper spray cannons, water cannons, sewage cannnons, tear gas, stink bombs, taser guns, wood bullets, plastic bullets, beanbag shotguns, lasers, microwave generators, batons, foam, knives, nets, sidearms and sniper rifles.

3. Exactly.
If things were totally lopsided, voting machines wouldn't matter. It's only when you get these races within 2-3 percentage points that things get sticky.

If a measure/candidate losing 75% to 25% a week before the election suddenly won, people would know something was goofy and look into it. If a candidate/measure losing 51%-49% wins, it's explainable.

We need a paper trail in this country. I don't think it's an unreasonable suggestion in the least, and anyone who says otherwise is out of their minds.

4. It is such an insult to the America intelligence to not have..
verifiable elections. And, a greater insult to have our Congress basically say "no, Americans, you CANNOT have verifiable elections as we rig them to suit OUR needs". And we just accept it?

This should and must be our top priority - transparent elections. We as citizens must demand that all elections be 'proved'.

Remember, we are America - they are our servants. (I know - I'll get real). But we have 290,000,000 citizens of which only what 200,000 are the ones who are destroying America?

We might have to get out our big stick and not talk softly...
