Can a preacher be a lobbyist? Can a lobbyist be a preacher? The answer
must be yes because that is what Falwell is calling his new Moral Majority. He now is calling it, "The Liberty Alliance/MORAL MAJORITY COALITION. Then it states that this organization that he has decided to chair the first four years (considering he is 71 years old). Also, Dr. Tim LaHaye (LEFT BEHIND) will serve as the Coalition’s board chairman.

At the bottom of this URL, you will find this statement: "This website is sponsored by The Liberty Alliance/The Moral Majority Coalition. The Liberty Alliance/The Moral Majority Coalition is a not for profit educational and lobbying organization.

Now Falwell barely, if ever, says ANYTHING political behind his pulpit in his church. Before the s(e)lection of 2004, the man was going absolutely nuts about Bush's reelection. Since he was re(s)elected, Falwell has calmed down.

On Falwell's site where you can listen to his services, they had every service on there and I was trying to record as many as possible before the election. One day they were there, the next day they were gone. Now, they only have his sermons available from the end of 2004 up until today. Also, the transcripts never matched his sermon. Within the transcripts, they always removed any stupid political statement he made. That's why I was trying to record the old sermons to edit the political stuff out of them and post on my board. I find it utterly amazing how fast those old sermons were removed. They even have it set up to go back many years to search for a sermon and date; however, it will always say NOW that there are no available records.

I joined as a Charter Member to get his Newsletter every week. Let me share just a short sentence or two regarding this new lobbying, educational group.

This is what he has to say about our new DNC Chair.

"THE HATE LANGUAGE OF HOWARD DEAN"

"You know, when presidential candidate Dean self-destructed during the Iowa caucus last year in his now infamous meltdown, his supporters declared that his astonishingly creepy behavior was a glitch in his otherwise normal manner."

That little comment about "astonishingly creepy behavior" is not hate language" He goes on to say that Howard Dean is a, "Mr. Dean has become the poster child for what most Americans abhor."

Since I cannot post the whole newsletter here, I'm going to post it on my site where you can read the whole thing as well as my rebuttal. I joined Falwell's site as a "Charter Member" so I could get these "insider" emails. Any of you could do the same. I will post them on my site as I receive them. I will make note of what really stands out the most in them here as I get them.
