A written letter from the chimp was just delivered to the Congress..
I'm watching the House of Representatives on C-Span. A few minutes ago the House secretary delivered a written message from the war-chimp. They haven't read it yet, and they are still discussing ammendments to a UN bill. I wonder how common it is for a letter from the pres to be delivered. They made a big deal of the delivery (stopped the proceedings on the floor) I'm very curious as to what the chimp's message is.

3. Remeber January 6, 2005?
He wrote a letter to Congress that day. They did the same thing that day as well. We've never found out what was in that letter. Pray this turns out differently.

Rove probably did. I agree that it's interesting. Let us know if you find out what is in it.

5. The letter is considered to be authentic, because it was written in
GWB's favorite color of crayon.

the "letter from the President" is a formality that is observed with great reverence.....usually it's procedural or ceremonial in nature.
