Dubya just said "we will never let down our guard"
and there was dead silence. Not one pair of hands got together to say yeah ok dubya. I think the people are finding out what a real live warmonger president sounds like, and they don't care for the rhetoric.

1. I heard him say "The war overseas started right here on our soil."
Fuckwad!! He's still confusing people. If ONLY the media would jump on his ass everytime he does that!

2. Country is split 50-50 on even his terrorism policy
And that was really the only thing propping him up the last four years. I'm just worried that we're going to have another terrorist attack that they can use for their advantage. Ooops, did I just say that out loud?

11. the question is: how low will bushco's* ratings plunge before

12. I think another hit would show just how little dubya & co have done to
really make the country safer. This audience is mumbling alot, but sure as hell not bringing down the house with applause. I'm lovin every damn minute of him with his ass hanging out.

8.  Patriot Act -yes Bring on the POLICE STATE.
9/11 could have been prevented with EXISTING law. Giving more power to already corrupt and incompitant stooges is a recipe for DISASTER!

not sure who he's speaking to, but they don't seem too responsive to his bullshit about the patriot act.

Must have been some good democrats in that audience....builders are most likely unions.

5. would you look at all those white, nazi-esque faces

9. Are you sure that he didn't say that "we will never let our own serve in
the guard"? Or "we will never let you prove that I didn't do my time in the guard".

Because otherwise he's lying again. 'He' never had his guard up the first time around. There was intelligence enough to let them know what was going to happen.

10. Baloney
Disputes about the result of the last two presidential elections aside, the fact is that nearly half the voters embraced a vicious yuppie fascist -- who no reason the second time to think he was anything else -- shows that we have let down our guard.

13. "we will never let down our guard".....
Edited on Thu Jun-09-05 10:50 AM by tanyev
"again, like my administration did for the first 8 months of 2001 and on September 11th."

It would be more accurate, but still not believable.
