In most circles: A Leader has the Village Mentality, they take the responsibility of administering to the General Welfare of the Villiage, City, State, Nation very seriously. The Peeps come FIRST.

True Leaders care for the People and their Survival....on differing Levels...

Defense, yes.

Environment, yes

Good Planning in building new Cities, finding new and better resources, etc., yes

Vision that allow new ideas to flourish and take root. yes

Etc etc.....

Bush and Team has done hardly anything to leave a good legacy. He has not shown positive signs of adequate Leadership. In fact, his accomplishments are in the category of FOOLING the PeePs.
