My mother, resident freeper. I sent over to her computer the BBC report I posted yesterday...the 4 minute gem which reveals that there are 76 insurgent groups ID'd in Iraq and how Baghdad is on the brink of total civil war and how the 40,000 troops supposed to surround Baghdad is an act of desperation....

Well, I go over and find the email and open the file with the statement: "Since I just helped you transfer your money from one acct to another, you can listen to this in return."

AS SOON AS IT STARTS--she begins talking, and demeaning British accents, and generally getting me riled up and by the time she shuts up....the little 4 minute report is over.

TYPICAL--diversion and deliberate ignorance. Perfect example.
