I am as sickened by this as I was when 9 Republicans and Governor Jeb Bush let Terri Schiavo DIE. I lost respect for them and now I am adding these 7 Betrayors to the List of those for whom I will never vote again.

Can't say I am surprised, but I am disappointed. The problem is that we really do have three parties in the Senate: Democrat, Republican and Mavericks. The Mavericks usually cacaus with the Republicans, but today they sided with the Democrats. Maybe not the end of our country, but it does not speak well for the health of our judiciary.

I just got done hammering both my Senators, of which Dr. Frist is one. And a copy of the message has gone to the state Republican party. I doubt very much that this will accomplish anything whatever, which is, come to think of it, a whole lot like the Republican majority has accomplished.
Any day Robert Byrd and Reid are happy is a bad day for the nation. Our ancestors have got to be so disappointed in how we have been stewards of the legacy.

I have a simpler plan, adopted when Newtie and the (Other) Adulterers tried to impeach our last democratically elected president. I swore then that I would never again vote for any Republican running for any office, federal, state, or county.

I even got a yellow dog to help me remember.

Maybe I should go over and tell the L-dotters how much better they'll feel if they simply stop voting for any Republicans.
