Victor Ashe was sworn in as Ambassador to Poland on June 23, 2004.

Previously, Ambassador Ashe served for 16 years as the Mayor of Knoxville, Tennessee. In January 2003, he received the Distinguished Public Service Award of the U.S. Conference of Mayors. This award is the highest honor conveyed by the conference to mayors and other citizens who have had outstanding careers in public service.

Ambassador Ashe served four years on the National Service Corporation Board appointed by President Clinton and he also served on the Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations by appointment of both Presidents Bush and Reagan. Ambassador Ashe is also the past president of the U.S. Conference of Mayors.

Victor Ashe and his wife have two children.

12. Yes! That guy!
Bush and he had encounters well into the 90s.

One infamous story told by a Las Vegas call girl is that Bush and Ashe brought her in for a bisexual threesome, and were so into each other that they nearly ignored her.

13. Wow -- that's juicy stuff. Too bad the liberal media
protects Bushie-boy. :eyes:

Now I have this vision of Bush and Ashe climbing all over each other with "So Into You" playing in the background.

I am so into you
I can't think of nothing else
I am so into you
I can't think of nothing else
Thinkin' how it's gonna be
Whenever I get you next to me
It's gonna be good
Don't you know
From your head to toe
Gonna love you all over
Over and over
Me into you, you into me
Me into you

9. Yeah I heard that too....
Mark and Mark had Kitty Kellley on this morning, and evidently she included it in her book.

I bought it and got partially into it, but got distracted.

11. Yeah he was into this phony cowboy thing even then.
Chewed tobacco and wore boots too--when he wasn't dancing around with pompoms as a cheerleader that is.
