Bush: "I don't think a photo inspires murderers"
Responding to possible reactions to the publication of photos of Saddam Hussein in his jail cell in his underwear:

President Bush said Friday he did not believe the photos would incite further anti-American sentiment in Iraq, which is edging toward open sectarian conflict.

''I don't think a photo inspires murderers,'' Bush said at the White House. ''These people are motivated by a vision of the world that is backward and barbaric.''

Oh really? But a paragraph in Newsweek inspires riots? Another day, another double standard for BushCo. Read more here:

10. Periscope ..... the traditional column for half baked, 'sorta' stories
Unless one is hell bent to gut the media of any bravery to cover a story unfavorable to these motherfuckers.

3. And he probably thinks allowing it to be published ...
doesn't break international law, either.

Well, he's never worried about international law before, so why should he start now.

4. Ah, Another Conspiracy Theory!!
Perhaps it was THE EVIL ONES who did it in the first place. It's becoming more and more apparent to me that somehow THEY ACTUALLY DO have a link into MSM!

Unfortunately it's more sinister than I thought! What can be done?? When ANY information not to their liking "leaks" they act like wounded animals and squeal like pigs! But when the leak comes from THEM, well it's just NO BIG DEAL!

Is There Anyone Paying Attention? Can't they see the duplicity here? ICE COLD F E A R! Fear motivates America today, now ain't that just peachy???

5. I bet it inspires the insurgents though!
It won't matter to those who hated Sadaam, but anyone who hates the occupation will be encouraged by those photos. I really don't see much diff. between the Newsweek statement and these pics.

Some say neither should have ever been reported because we're at war! I disagree with that. It is the media's job to monitor what goes on in the world, and the only eyes we have on gov't corruption and missdeeds!
