They want MAJORITY rule, let us give them true MAJORITY rule in the Senate
The Rethugs want the Senate to be majoritarian, then let us have a true majority rule: The votes each Senator gets on the floor of the Senate should be (made) proportional to the number of people who voted hir (him/her) into office.

This was essentially Delay's excuse for his jerrymandering, too...

6. This should be changed.
Californians are effectively disenfranchised by the current system, as are citizens of othe highly populated states. And most of us happen to be Blue.
