Currently most are saying yes they want flat tax. Long way to go.

5. Funny how it's never really "flat"...
I always find it funny how NO ONE EVER SUGGESTS that unearned income (cap gains, dividends, rent) be taxed at the same "flat" rate as earned income (which, unlike unearned income is subject to social security tax as well).

Isn't it AMAZING how EVERY TIME the Republicans propose ANYTHING with taxes it favors the rich? You'd think that if they were TRYING to be "fair" there'd be a time, JUST ONCE, where the breaks don't go to the richest...
