The Liberal Judiciary and Gay-Marriage
So...a judge in Nebraska has tossed out Nebraska's anti-gay anti-marriage law. Now, people in Nebraska and in other cesspools of the US are screaming, because 70% of Nebraskans voted for it. My problem with that scenario is:

1) If 70% of a state voted to reintroduce slavery should we let that happen too?

2) More importantly (because they're trying to make it happen) They don't like Massachussetts' gay marriage laws and they hate Vermont's domestic partnership laws, so they're trying to get a Constitutional Amendment to prohibit gay-marriage and domestic partnership laws EVERYWHERE.

Seems to me there's a disconnect there.
