15 month Enlistment Scam
The courts are backing the Stop loss order.
The U. S. 9th circuit of appeals said the military acted within its rights when it ordered Emilano Santiago, an Army national gaurd sergeant to remain in the service "plain language" federal law authorizing the executive branch to implement a stop loss policy in order to prevent members who are essential to national security.

1. I posted something about this yesterday
It is important to get the word out about the 9th Circuit decision. Until the Supremes take this case and rule on it (and they may pass, if they get chickenshit on it), you can sign a one day contract, and be stuck in Service until you are old and withered. The minute you sign, you are not a person, you are PROPERTY.

That point needs to be HAMMERED home. ADVERTISED. SHOUTED from the ROOFTOPS!

Rant over!
