He's moving to the right in order to secure funding in his race. His vote for Bolton proves that it is time to take the gloves off and expose him for what he is. While he may be a moderate and somewhat independent, he still will cave to Frist and Bush when prodded enough, therefore Rhode Islanders need to realize that any Democrat would do much better than he would.
DNC needs to run ads over and over again reminding voters that he backed Bolton.

4. It was Langevin, who was beating Chafee handily in polls
But he was hounded out of the race by pro-choicers (Ain't saying it's wrong...it's just what happened).

Now it's 2 guys I've never heard of, and they're both trailing Chafee by large margins.

10. Matt Brown and Sheldon Whitehouse...
are the ones. How about Sheldon's last name. Anyway he's the older, more party line guy. He was Attny Gen in RI for a while. The first thing he wanted to do was to open all medical records to any law enforcement who wanted to look. I don't like him. Brown is Secy of State, and is a young guy who is better, but not as well backed by the party machine, so he probably won't last thru the primary. At this point I'd vote for a ficas over Chafee.

Bill

3. If we could take Chaffee's seat and Sanders could pick up Jeffords seat...
We would only need 4 more... Where should we target?

(I know Jeffords is an Independent but he votes with Repubs most of the time...)

8. Is the guy from GA running?? (the one that bad-mouthed Max Cleland?)
That would be another one to target. Also, isn't there a Repub Senator from Montana...Conrad Burns, I think? Montana may be ready to throw out another Republican... That would be a couple of more to target. When is Norm Coleman running again? Did he win in 2000? or 2002? That another one to target, in my opinion.

11. And Tallent of MO...
And Frist, of Tennessee, just out of general principle, should be challenged. He needs to feel a little heat, before he runs for President.
