CNN "Blah, blah, blah!!!!"
It never ceases to amaze me how mush time is dedicated to BS like this DC airspace violation AFTER the fact...

Jeez, you'd think that there's nothing going on in the world that's newsworthy!

1. It helps CNN anytime something terrible might happen...
It helps Bush, anytime 9/11 and tougher security is mentioned...as it reminds us that only Bush can keep us safe.

It helps George Allen to run for President and look like a tough guy.

It helps Journalists have something to write about....when what's actually happening on Capitol Hill might hurt the Republicans.

It only hurts citizens of the U.S. who has to foot the bill for evacuation costs and be again reminded of 9/11.

It's the fear, stupid!

3. Yesterday CNN announced pending staffing changes in ATL
so maybe they wanna focus on this story for a while to prove why many of the jobs are going to be fazed out.

7. comparison between CNN and MSNBC at 1:15 pm today
CNN was carrying a press conference by Scott McClellan, MSNBC was carrying the Chief of Capitol police answering questions live outside. Personally, I think the police would have more interesting info, and I'm glad MSNBC chose to cover him rather than the WH. Cpan also chose to cover the police on Cspan 2.
