He's holed up avoiding the press, so they have little new to write about. But he's been nailed. This is why they launched the bogus investigation of Hillary, to try to distract.

But the press hates Tom Delay. They are backing off right now waiting for developments, but they'll pile back on as soon as there is a news event. You know this guy is completely dirty; he will probably get off with a slap on the wrist, but there is a good chance he will lose the next election. Money is going to FLOOD in to his opponent once the primary is over.
