MSNBC> casting your vote on are insurgents winning in Iraq
Since 300+ Iraqi civilians have been killed since April 29th I would say the insurgents are making some sort of statement.

MSNBC wants your vote on who is winning over in Iraq - on the bottom they ask your opinion about the question, please, send them your opinion and to their version of news coverage.

We are still there, so the insurgents aren't.
The insurgents got weapons from an unguarded facility and are killing our guys.
