Someone at another board asked for a transcript of what Bush said the other night.

I said sure I have a transcript:

I got so many negative reps that it ruined my points there. I can't believe that people would get so offended over that. We always have been able to laugh at our politicians. But for some reason Dubya is suppose to be off limits.. all the sudden it's not funny. It's like it touches a major nerve in his followers.

Anyeway they mentioned DU there...*sigh*

but you must remember we live in a time when a certain element of the public seem to believe that W is God, or near to it. I heard with my own ears a child (with mother's approval) tell us war protestors that Bush was the second coming of Christ. Then you have that preacher in NC who threw out anyone who wouldn't repent for not voting for W in the election.
