My first Question is. How were those Confessions obtained?

2. I'm wondering.

How many thumbs up grinning idiots it took to get those confessions? The British Army has them too. But this is not comming from a coalition mannual of course. Now that we are known to use torture. Confessions are now worthless. They will confess to anything to stop the pain and torture. If only for a little while.

Who wouldn't? So, what would that kind of testimony or confession under that sort of duress mean anyway?

4. That's what happens when the state turns to the church for power.

Jesus Christ is the only one I have ever heard of that would not submit. In an American Court of law the case would be thrown out. International law prohibits them from being placed on trial in Briton. Iraq does not as of yet have a formal legal system. There is about as much anarchy there as in the republican party. So who know?
