Voinovich is hard to tell. He has a reputation among some in Ohio (according to friends of mine in Ohio) for seeing how a controversial issue is playing back home. He's not one to jump to the front and take the lead. He prefers to take up the rear.
Nothing like a good bribe to change a Puke's mind and get him to vote like Bush wants. Who knows what he got, but something; you can bank on that if he votes for Bolton. By election time for him this will not even be a blip on the radar. I think Hagel just likes to get his face in front of a camera so he does or says whatever will make him controversial. If every Puke was voting with the Dems against Bolton, he'd be making speeches about the end of the Republic if Bolton wasn't confirmed.
