Who was that slimy repuke on MTP?....
Not Card, but the arrogant jerk who was opposite Dodd. I think his name was Warner or Wagner.

What a piece-o-shit!

2. Do you think Mark Warner (present VA Dem gov)
could possibly defeat George Allen (for VA senator)? I hope so!

4. I hope I'm wrong
But I don't think so. George has a strong base and for those who go by superficialities he makes a very attractive Family Values kind of guy. (Mark Warner's wife uses her maiden name. Oh the horror!)Warner will make it close and do damage to Allen's presidential bid, however.

5. Back when Sen Allen's dad coached the Rams
I was a Rams fan back in the 60s. George Allen(the real George Allen, not that puke senator from Virginia) was the coach for a few years, before moving on to the Redskins. His son, the present Senator, went to Palos Verdes High. He was involve in some bad racist shit when he was there. That sort of stuff(even a rumor) can get a pass in Virginia, but not on a national scale. I just don't think the present Senator is presidential material, even to brain-dead fundies.

7. I was responding to the question
about the race for the Senate seat between Allen and Warner. If Allen thinks he has a chance on the national stage, he is delusional!!(Although in 1998 I would have said the same thing about shrub)I never heard anything about the racial incident to which you refer, but I hope some people remember it and can bring it out at the appropriate time.

6. I loved it when Russert gave him the hard numbers on rejected nominees
and he said 'my numbers are different'. That is a fucking totally unacceptable answer. The true numbers don't lie, they are what they are dickwad. He is one smarmy fuck.
