Let's be clear....Al Gore is a brilliant man who won the popular vote in 2000 and would have taken office if the Supreme Court had allowed the full Florida recount to proceed.

Here's how the GOP media easily manipulates America: Al Gore is now a lunatic loser with no credibility. But, after his 1996 loss in a landslide, Bob Dole was still held in great stead by the media and is still called upon today to give voice as a statesman of choice for the mainstream media.

John Kerry is now a pathetic loser/traitor who can send out press releases and hold news conferences that get no notice from any media, even though he held Bush to the closest election of any incumbent president. No landslide there, but, the media has relegated him to the trash bin.

Byron York gets on air with his diatribe against the left wing conspiracists and blames Kerry as a loser candidate, while claiming that MoveOn and Michael Moore are the only reasons the Democrats were close, and at the same time his cohorts on the right are saying that MoveOn and Michael Moore are the reason that Kerry lost.

They contradict themselves with impunity, but it is also well-planned. By blaming and mocking ALL of the Dem strengths as perceived weaknesses they create the idea that NONE of them can depend on each other to work together in the future.

Bob Novak's slam at Gore today is typical of the RW spin machine that controls almost all broadcast media.

If there was a real media in this country, and a real justice system, Bob Noval would be in jail or under scrutiny for his part in the Plame leak, but, instead we have the constant cover-up and distraction tactic that shifts the focus of the entire case on to two journalists with much less of a connection to the case.

The GOP control of the media MUST BE EXPOSED.
