Source: http://www.publicintegrity.org/partylines/overview.aspx?act=con4&cycle=2004 Note: the exec director of this organization was on CSPAN Journal this morning. See seperate posts; also recommend going to their website, it is a GOLDMINE on fantastic public interest reports and data.

=========================

This table shows amount of contributions raised in each state by more than 200 state party and caucus committees during recent election cycles. Totals include contributions to state and, when applicable, federal accounts.

Note: 2003-2004 cycle data current through the end of 2003.

Sorted by descending rethug percentage, target states migrate to the extremes. I'm proud to say that even though Mitt poured >$2 million into Massachusetts, outspending the dems 3:1, the rethugs LOST three net seats in the General Court.

3. Yeah, just a great site, I've sent it on to other concerned
taxpayers. It just makes me ill all the money given by special interests, and we the wee folk suffer because of it. That d*mn bankruptcy bill.

4. AZ Dems 72& Repubs 28%??
That seems odd because Arizona is a very red state. Does that mean the Repubs here feel safe enough that they don't have to give money while the Dems here are busting ass to try to win back the state?
