Something Wicked This Way Comes
Edited on Sun Apr-17-05 08:52 AM by TheWatcher
More than a few have mentioned the similarities between this weekend and the weekend before September 11, 2001. I've seen it on this Site, and tonight a few of my friends talked about it as well. Many have had a gnawing feeling that SOMETHING is up for some time now.

The Dow is at the Point Of No Return. Technically and Fundamentally, The Market and this Economy is finished. The rot and decay they have managed to mask since the Bubble burst in 2000 is no longer staying suspendedly animated. And Big Money are NOT going to get the Social Security Windfall. The Game Is Up. They Know it.

Bush's Ratings are in the toilet, and even lower than they were on September 10th, 2001. His agenda isn't going swimmingly, and despite the Teflon Orwellian Nature of this band of thugs, there is too much corruption, too much that is out of control, and things are starting to crack.

We have Terrorism Drills happening on April 23. But they like Tuesdays, as someone said in another thread, so the 19th looms.

You can believe whatever you want about 9/11 or the "Election That Wasn't Really Stolen, Because They Just Didn't Leave Behind Any Obvious Proof So Stop Saying That OK?!!!!!"

What every person on this Site, in this country, and perhaps all of this planet needs to realize is that these people will do anything, say anything, and yes, perhaps kill ANYBODY in order to keep Power, Control, and the continuation of the Agenda that they seek. They dare not relent an inch, because if they do, EVERYTHING they have done, including those things that many do not wish to believe they have done will come to bear.

I wonder what they will do this time?

Of course, in all likelihood nothing will happen, because, SO FAR, they seem to have learned one thing from history, at least from the 1930's to 1945.

You don't Market the old product the same way you did before.

Oh Wait, http://www.bushflash.com/14.html

Never Mind.

History really does just keep repeating itself.

Even if nothing happens at all this week or the next, how many are willing to place their bets against the possibility that if they get put in a desperate situation again.....

We'll get some new "Marketing."

2. Yeah, April 19
is always a significant date. It has some sort of occult meaning, I recall from the events at Waco in 1993 and at Oklahoma City in 1995. Both of those catastrophes happened on the 19th.

3. Maybe..
... but I will say this. If there is another 911 on Bush**'s watch, he is toast. The public was willing to believe that the administration was blindsided on 911, even though the evidence suggests otherwise.

They will not buy it again. After giving these cretins everything they asked for, money, the Patriot act, etc - the public is going to expect results.

The mood will be altogeter different if another major attack is allowed to happen, IMHO. Fool me once....etc.etc..etc

4. You Have Very Valid Points
However, if there is another 9/11 type event, and Martial Law is declared afterwards, our opinions won't mean much of anything.

The question is can they get away with such an extreme move.

The question about whether they are willing to try it or not should be beyond doubt by now.

Don't put anything past these people. They are not interested in our opinions, they do not care what we think, and they do not work for our interests, or represent us in any way.

And they have been quite busy over the past few years placing a foundation through legeslation of things like the Patriot Act to insure that they need not worry about answering to us AT ALL.

We are a means to an end, nothing more.

And if there is another major attack in this country, I'm sorry, I'm not even willing to buy into "They allowed it to happen again."

Allowed? As far I'm concerned they would be INVOLVED.

And it matters not if it would make sense or serve their best interests or not.

These. People. DO. NOT. CARE.

Do not underestimate how far they are willing to go.

5. i think raiding the accounts of the middle class on wall street
may more or less be the goal right now.

corporate america may have constricting the economic control they've gained over the last few years more on it's mind.

that would be a terrorist event enough.

but less noticeable than a big bang.

6. I don't know what to think.....
last nite on the news,it was all Tom Dalay and today the same. Now that the Pope's funeral is over we have only the Michael Jackson trial and the latest abduction in Florida. I am getting paranoid! What is going on in the background while all this is going on?
Are they going to throw Tom D. to the wolves to distract us? Why is he in trouble now? I don't think it is the power of the Dems .....it must be someone in the Repubs thinks it is time to get rid of him. Doesn't it seem odd all these abductions in Florida? Does someone set these people off,so it is a distraction? I wish we could have had the same interest and coverage for all the election results! Remember Tom Delay and his operatives in Florida and how they shut down the counting of the vote? Nothing was done! Now this......they need cover for something!
