If you do not think this is an accurate quote go to dubya speak . com

We're talking about a part of the world in which, uhh, you know, our foreign policy was, let's just hope for the best and tolerate the fact there's no free societies. And -- what ended up happening was, there was a -- tyrants have emerged, tyrants that threatened our security. And so not only was the action worth it, the action is worth it to make sure that democracy exists, and, uhh, because democracies will yield peace, and that's what we want.

-- Dubya making the case (?) for the invasion of Iraq, Washington, D.C., Apr. 4, 2005

Feel better about the war now? In 1998 he was quoted as saying when I am President
I will have a war in Iraq. Or something to that effect. How much did they
spend on Whitewater?

12. I've lost track of the many reasons we're in Iraq
At the rate Bushco is going, they'll fill more volumes of why we're there than the Warren Commission did with their fairy tale.

2. Still my all time favorite
"Because the—all which is on the table begins to address the big cost drivers. For example, how benefits are calculate, for example, is on the table; whether or not benefits rise based upon wage increases or price increases. There's a series of parts of the formula that are being considered. And when you couple that, those different cost drivers, affecting those—changing those with personal accounts, the idea is to get what has been promised more likely to be—or closer delivered to what has been promised. Does that make any sense to you? It's kind of muddled. Look, there's a series of things that cause the—like, for example, benefits are calculated based upon the increase of wages, as opposed to the increase of prices. Some have suggested that we calculate—the benefits will rise based upon inflation, as opposed to wage increases. There is a reform that would help solve the red if that were put into effect. In other words, how fast benefits grow, how fast the promised benefits grow, if those—if that growth is affected, it will help on the red."—Explaining his plan to save Social Security, Tampa, Fla., Feb. 4, 2005

He didn't score high on the pilot's exam, but if you listened to him debate I think in '96 with Ann Richards, he made an attempt at holding his own, which isn't close to how he performed against Kerry.

He is going downhill fast.

on edit: see I sepelled achohol wrong. :)

I get the same feeling. No longer complete sentences but just phrases
and a look like; Do I get credit for partial answers. Harvard & Yale must
be damn proud.

I liked "I got my looks on for 'em." When speaking of terrorists.

11. Wow, you know, you're right...
It's as if the flash cards in his head are playing 52 card pick up with his mouth.

It's like someone much smarter told him how things work, but his subconscious can't make the connection because in reality it just doesn't make sense.
