Rally Americans to Indict DeLay (RAID) Protest

PLEASE DISTRIBUTE TO ALL WHO MIGHT BE INTERESTED.

It is time to exterminate the roaches: Rally Americans to Indict DeLay (RAID)
Constituents in District 22, including Bay Area New Democrats, will be staging a protest of Tom DeLay in downtown Houston, Saturday April 16, at the Hilton America's across from the George R. Brown Convention center.

DeLay will be the speaker for an NRA banquet to be held at 8:00PM that night. It is time for a change in District 22 and we ask for your help on April 16 to show America that we have had enough!
We have seen how DeLay has ignored his own district while spreading like a cancer stopping light rail funding for Houston. We have witnessed the most sickening partisan attacks in Texas history during redistricting. And his ethical lapses and exploitation of a family's tragedy for his own personal grandstanding is enough to make our district, our state, and our country sick.

It is time for DeLay to go. Join us.
